Tempra Technology develops compact self-heating technology that can be integrated into military food and beverage solutions, delivering controlled warmth on demand without external power or field equipment. We’ve previously designed a self-heating kit for waxing, and we apply the same core approach to practical, deployable formats, including self-heating MRE components, self-heating food bowls, and self-heating beverages.

Tempra Technology is capable of providing compact self-heating solutions for military food and beverage applications, bringing controlled warmth on demand without external power. Compared with traditional MRE flameless ration heaters that rely on hydrogen-generating chemical reactions, our approach is designed to avoid hydrogen gas emission and the ventilation constraints that come with it. Our technology eliminates multi-step activation, water/temperature sensitivity, uneven heating, and messy disposal to deliver simpler, more consistent warming for MREs, food bowls, and beverages.
