Our Technology
Temperature Rise
One simple activation heats food or drink to an ideal serving temperature of 55 to 65°C (131 to 149°F). No flame, fuel, or power source required. Ready in approximately 5 minutes.
Temperature Control
Once heated, Tempra holds contents at a safe serving temperature for 50 to 60 minutes. On beverages, a reversible thermochromic label turns green at 131°F (55°C), so you always know it’s ready.
Safety
Tempra’s patented thermostat feature caps the maximum temperature to prevent overheating. As a second safeguard, the beverage label displays a red warning if contents ever exceed 158°F (70°C).
