Mike Esposito joined Tempra’s Board in 2009 following a distinguished career in finance and banking. He served as Chairman of the Board of XL Capital Ltd and spent more than 30 years at Chase Manhattan, culminating in his role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He has also served on the boards of Forest City Enterprises and Annuity & Life Re, and as Co-Chairman of the investment banking firm Inter-Atlantic Capital Partners. His industry leadership includes chairing the Bank Administration Institute and the American Bankers Association’s Chief Financial Officers Division. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in Accounting from New York University, and served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps.
